Joining Focus in 2017 as its CFO and in 2023 becoming Focus’ CEO, Chris lends his 25+ years of experience in operational strategy, M&A, service business organic growth & expansion, planning and forecasting. During his tenure at Focus, he has been a key contributor to the company’s digital modernization, transformation and AI strategy. Recognized as an industry thought leader, Chris serves on numerous industry association boards, peer group committees and for-profit and not-for-profit board of directors. In 2022, he was named Boston Business Journal CFO of the Year and in 2024 was inducted into the Boston Smart Business Dealmakers Hall of Fame.

Leo is a proven business leader with 25+ years of experience working in the information technology and IT services industry. Over the course of his career, Leo has leveraged his extensive background in engineering to evolve into a proven sales leader focused on customer success. During his tenure at multiple IT Solutions Providers, including the role of Co-Founder, President & CEO, he has built a reputation on understanding customers most complex business, financial and technical problems and leading the efforts of world class sales and engineering teams to meet and exceed the most demanding customer expectations. Leo participates on a number of industry boards and peer groups while maintaining a strong command over Enterprise Networking, Collaboration, Data Center & Cloud, AI & Data, Security and Managed Services, which drive business outcomes for his customers.

A Focus veteran since 2004, Bill is known as a customer champion. Bill is recognized as an industry thought leader, with active roles on several technical advisory boards that include Dell, Barracuda Network, N-able and others. He is highly skilled in cybersecurity with an extensive list of certifications. Bill has been instrumental in overseeing the SOC 2 compliance process within the organization, ensuring stringent adherence to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy standards.

As leader of Focus’ Engineering and Project Management teams, Larry is the architect for the company’s IT roadmap. Recognized as one of the most respected technologists in the IT industry, Larry partners with customers to expertly guide them through their digital transformation. Before joining Focus, Larry served as the Worldwide Pre-sales Director for HPE and spent over a decade in EMC’s Pre-sales organization.

With nearly 20 years in IT, Ahmed Fadili, Chief Strategy Officer, excels in steering strategic directions for services and cloud operations, achieving business alignment through innovative delivery models. Known for driving growth, operational efficiency, and high client satisfaction, his expertise also shines in Mergers and Acquisitions, offering vital insights into corporate integration and expansion. Ahmed leverages the latest technologies for digital transformation, consistently delivering exceptional value and striving for service improvement.

Rob brings over 14 years of experience as a CFO, where he worked closely with ownership and executive leadership to drive strategic decision-making. He developed comprehensive financial reporting packages that consistently empowered leadership with clear, actionable insights. Prior to that, Rob spent 12 years as a Senior Financial Analyst, reporting directly to the CFO at an IT recruiting firm based in New York City. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Finance from Hofstra University.

Drew oversees the day-to-day operations of the MSP practice. Drew has held many IT and consulting positions, including 16 years at NWN in their MSP division, where he worked his way up from Security Solutions Specialist to EVP.

Steve brings over 25 years of experience in information technology, with a strong focus on delivering secure, enterprise-grade solutions that drive customer success. As co-founder and longtime CTO of a leading IT solutions provider, he spent 19+ years shaping the company’s technology vision, developing differentiated service offerings, and aligning them with evolving client needs. He combines deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of business operations, serving as a trusted advisor to key accounts and helping organizations achieve meaningful business outcomes. Earlier in his career, Steve designed and implemented complex infrastructure, networking, and security solutions for regional, national, and global companies — including architecting the network and security layers of a global NOC platform. Steve joined the Security Practice at Focus in 2025 and looks forward to applying his expertise to help customers strengthen their security posture.

Mike is responsible for IT solutions assessment, design, and implementation and leads the engineering services team as well as technical certs to ensure customer satisfaction and supplier compliance. Backed by 20+ years of experience in enterprise data center architectures, he’s played an integral role in Focus’ expansion of services delivery capabilities across cloud migrations, converged and hyper-converged, enterprise networking, next-gen storage and advanced Microsoft solutions.

Adam leads and manages the company’s Direct and Indirect Sales teams, business development, marketing and demand generation functions. Adam has worked for 20+ years on both the Manufacturing and Partner side of the technology sector. He has been successful in various sales leadership and channel roles with relationships including Dell-EMC, Cisco, VMWare, and Barracuda, Adam will be instrumental in Focus’ continued growth

With over 20 years in IT sales and business development, Jon Bram has mastered leading teams, building pipelines, and optimizing CRM operations. His strategic vision drives growth and identifies new opportunities. Jon’s expertise and passion make him a cornerstone of Focus Technology’s success, fostering innovation and long-term business impact.

Evan began as a NOC Shift Engineer and rose through every role over 9+ years, helping shape today’s world-class NOC. With a focus on Network Engineering and Security, he empowers his team with top-tier tools and leads with integrity, driving excellence and unmatched operational thoroughness.

Since entering the workforce in 1999; with stops in Politics, Baseball, Recruiting and HR; Marc has found a passion in serving people and has realized there are many ways to do so. Whether it is through onboarding processes, employee training and recognition, compensation, M&A or anything else within the employee life-cycle; Marc seeks to keep the “Human” in Human Resources.

Joe has been with Focus for over eight years. He joined as a Help Desk Technician before advancing through several roles to now serve as ASE Manager. With a decade of experience in the IT industry, Joe has developed expertise in Desktops, Servers, Networking, and Cloud technologies. As the ASE Manger he leverages his technical skills alongside two decades of Customer Service experience to build strong relationships with both clients and Focus teammates.

With over a decade of experience in the technology industry, Malakai is results-driven and highly focused on execution. He drives innovation and efficiency through process optimization, AI, and automation, working closely with all business units to streamline and standardize managed services day-to-day operations. His strategic leadership ensures Focus delivers top-tier services tailored to client needs, solidifying its position as a trusted industry leader.

Gretchen, a CPA, manages accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory while collaborating with business partners to ensure all initiatives are recorded in accordance with U.S. GAAP. She also develops and maintains internal financial and accounting policies, financial statements and analysis, and oversees income and expenses, payroll and budgets. Before joining Focus, she served as the Director of Compensation at Wayfair LLC.

With 14 years of experience in the industry, Leeann has a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by her clients and works tirelessly to provide solutions that meet their unique technology and business needs. Leeann’s expertise in managed services sales is matched only by her passion for helping her clients succeed. She is committed to building strong relationships with her clients and delivering exceptional service.

Anthony is a collaborative marketing professional with 14 years of experience in demand generation, brand development, and go-to-market execution. He focuses on creating meaningful customer engagement, building strong partnerships, and delivering measurable impact through thoughtful, integrated strategies that support business growth.

Frank is a technology enthusiast with over 25 years in IT. He’s passionate about building lasting relationships and leading teams that implement advanced technologies across diverse industries. His expertise spans client/server systems, virtualization, networking, security, wireless, collaboration, and cloud—allowing him to design and deliver solutions that integrate seamlessly into client environments while ensuring an exceptional experience.

Bill spent 8 years at NWN helping lead their service organization and most recently at Methods Machines as their VP of Services. McCarthy supports the running the people, delivery, process, and tools for the MSP division.

With a solid background of 12 years at Dell/EMC in enterprise and commercial sales, and a decade on the partner side in sales, sales management, and executive roles, Liam brings a wealth of experience to his position. He holds certifications from Dell, Cisco, AWS, and Azure, underscoring his expertise in the field. Liam is passionate about helping customers solve problems, leading to positive business outcomes—a testament to his commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

With over 25 years of experience in the IT services industry, Scott is a seasoned expert in designing best-in-class enterprise solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. His deep expertise in cross-architecture solution selling has enabled him to design comprehensive Collaboration solutions tailored to the unique needs of Focus clients. Scott’s strategic approach and technical acumen consistently drive innovation, efficiency, and value across complex IT environments.

With over a decade of experience in the IT reseller space, Jonathan brings a wealth of expertise in Sales Operations and Business Operations to Focus. Dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and accelerating company growth, Jonathan is committed to streamlining processes and optimizing workflows to maximize success in the dynamic IT market.

Tony leads the AI and Data Practice for Focus. With more than 23+ years of overall experience in the IT industry and working 10+ years in a Big4 consulting firm in a senior leadership position, he is in expert in providing strategy, technology and business consulting in the Data, Analytics and AI space and delivers an exceptional experience to the clients across multiple industry verticals.

Tony has been with Focus for over five years. He joined as a Help Desk Technician before advancing to through several roles to now serve as Help Desk Manager. With a decade of experience in the IT industry, Tony has developed expertise in Desktops, Servers, Networking, and Cloud technologies.

Julie is an experienced recruiting and talent acquisition professional skilled in strategic planning, interviewing, onboarding, integration, and relationship management. She is passionate about finding and engaging top talent and creating a positive and inclusive culture. Prior to joining Focus, Julie worked in the legal industry leading the recruitment and integration efforts for a prestigious Am Law 100 global law firm.

As the previous CEO of Focus Technology, Doug Alexander is now steering his career towards business consulting, investing, and entrepreneurial ventures. As a seasoned IT executive and board member, he brings a wealth of experience in driving growth, optimizing operations, and fostering innovation. With a passion for transforming ideas into thriving businesses, Doug is dedicated to partnering with organizations and individuals to navigate challenges, capitalize on opportunities, and achieve sustainable success

Alan joined Seacoast Capital in 2014. Prior to joining Seacoast, he worked as an Associate for Harris Williams & Co. in Boston, MA, where he executed M&A transactions primarily for middle market industrial companies. His prior work experience includes working at Wells Fargo Bank in their Debt Capital Markets Group, both as an Associate in the Private Placements Group and as an Analyst in the Corporate Syndications Group. Alan received an AB in Economics from Harvard College and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

David joined Seacoast Capital in 2013. Previously, he worked as an Analyst for Easterly Capital, a private equity firm in Beverly, MA where he focused on new investments. Prior to Easterly, he worked as an Equity Research Associate at Needham & Co in Boston. David received a BS in Economics from Bates College and an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, graduating with honors.

Lisa is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in the consulting space working at Deloitte and the last 7 years as an entrepreneur for her own strategy firm. She brings a wealth of expertise and insight to our board, having been on four prior company boards, helping them scale and grow in the IT, construction and financial services space.
